Bebe & Mirela Baciu
Bebe and Mirela Baciu are currently the full-time directors of The Way House in Iasi, Romania. After spending much time in prayer and being involved in ministry at The Way, they felt more and more God's calling to work with college students full time. They desire to see college students coming back to God and worshipping Him. Each week the Bacius meet new students and spend time with them on campus and in the dorms. At The Way, they meet with students weekly for dinner, building relationships and sharing the Gospel with students individually. Every Friday evening, non-Christian students are invited to The Way to listen to songs, personal testimonies and the Gospel message.
Dave & Erin Frerichs
Erin became a Christian on a trip to Romania in 1992 led by Jeff Sutton. In 2000, shortly after she and David began dating, she moved to Iasi, Romania with her sister Meg to serve at Ecclesia church. She and Meg were recruited to help run Ecclesia's "English Service," a church service focused on sharing Christ with the international students studying in the city of Iasi. After Erin returned from Romania, she taught first-grade for three years, while David finished his studies in bioengineering and business, and they were married in 2003. Shortly after, the Lord renewed their passion for sharing Christ with international students, especially those who have never been exposed to the gospel before. They have been living in Iasi, Romania since 2008, ministering to the 2,000+ international students in the city. They helped start an international church service through Ecclesia, a Romanian church established by GCM in 1994.
Eli & Hollie Moyer
Hollie and Eli discovered their common heart for church planting and bringing the Gospel to unreached people groups when they both attended ACTS in the fall of 2006. Hollie also spent nearly a year in Romania on GCM’s first Mobile Impact Team, sent to establish a college outreach, and has been working steadfastly toward her four-year degree from Biola University in LA. After 5 months in Kazakhstan and almost a year at a missions base in the States, Eli joined the second MIT to Sierra Leone, West Africa for 10 months in 2007. Eli & Hollie will join the ministry in Iasi, Romania with the Frerichs’, working to establish an English-speaking ministry to international medical school students.
Scott & Tammy Provins

Together they have a vision to see lives transformed through prayer and the teaching of God's Word. Scott is serving as the primary teaching elder of the church. Tammy serves in women's ministry and other administrative tasks.
